Up to 2 guests. It's a home for couples and solo travelers.

No parties, events, or gatherings.

Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. It's a residential street, so expect ordinary daytime city sounds.

Private driveway parking for up to two cars, right off the street.

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund.

Cancel 7 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

Inside 7 days the stay is non-refundable.

The cleaning fee is always refunded on cancellation.

Every price on this site includes Long Beach's 13% transient occupancy tax.
